Lesson Learned: Insights From an Entrepreneur Trying To Figure It Out

The Main Event

Lately, I've been asked by a few people what newsletters I follow. So today, I thought I'd spend my time sharing some recommendations! I've broken it down into a few categories, and I hope you give them all a chance as they've each made a big impression on me in one way or another!

Clients:

I obviously want to share newsletters of current and past clients, not just because I work with them, but because I think they are genuinely great!

LMA Grant Consulting: Read more about the grant writing world here.

Vinsights with Vinny Lingham: This recently launched newsletter is all about entrepreneurship and the business world.

Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program: Stay up to date with inspirational stories from this amazing nonprofit.

The Strategic Leader's Toolbox from Penney Leadership: Get incredible insights on leadership and careers from Penney Leadership.

Maria Bryan Creative: Maria shares timely and thoughtful stories and insights on trauma-informed messaging, something we all could stand to learn more about!

Business Newsletters:

I have two business newsletters that I religiously read to keep up to date on everything social media. I highly recommend both.

Link in Bio from Rachel Karten: This newsletter shares incredibly interesting interviews with various players in the social media world.

ICYMI from Lia Haberman: This is one of the best ways that I stay up to date with everything happening with the various social networks and any interesting news. I've gotten multiple people onto it.

Friends:

I'm lucky to have friends and family who are all great writers and really deserve to be featured here.

Girl Problems from Stefanie Tuder: I may be biased because she is my editor and cousin, but this newsletter really encapsulates so much of what it means to be a woman.

Amalgamation Coaching + Community from Jessica Crowley: Jessica is not only a friend but an inspiration. Her work on Amalgamation is beautiful and inspiring and I invite you to welcome her light into your life!

I hope I've brightened up your inbox and brought you some fun reading!

My Current Obsessions...

What I'm Burning: I haven't been enjoying anything due to a cold unfortunately! Here's to getting my sense of smell back soon!

What I'm Watching: Elsbeth on Paramount Plus and CBS is the modern day Miss Marple and I love it! Carrie Preston is so fun and I highly recommend you check it out.

Wild Card: Taking a random day off, which I recently did. I know this is a big ask, but sometimes you just need to take a random day off and treat yourself. The break will allow you to reset and see things in a new light. Take the day to do something joyful, I promise you won't regret it!

Speak Soon!

P.S. Did what I wrote resonate with you? Great! If you would do me the honor of passing this on to anyone else you think would like it, I would really appreciate it and subscribe if you haven't already! Plus, make sure to take me out of your junk folder!

Maddie Tudor Consulting Lesson Learned: Insights From an Entrepreneur Trying To Figure It Out The Main Event I was recently enjoying my nightly scroll through TikTok when I stumbled upon a user who was starting a fresh account with only one goal in mind: to read all of the books on the brand-new 100 Best Books of The 21st Century from The New York Times. She’d already read book 100 and not enjoyed it, but was so far having a better time with book 99, Bel Canto by Ann Patchett (no surprise...

Maddie Tudor Consulting Lesson Learned: Insights From an Entrepreneur Trying To Figure It Out I recently wrote a guest article for my friends at MemoryFox on tools to level up your social video game. If you're interested, check it out here! The Main Event It’s that time of year in the U.S., a time that so many in our nation dread, yet is also so important: election season. It’s a time that seems to divide so many of us, but I want to think about something that unifies us all. Our system is...

Maddie Tudor Consulting Lesson Learned: Insights From an Entrepreneur Trying To Figure It Out The Main Event Alas, today I write to tell you some news: I’ve come down with a fever. Not just any fever, but one that shall last a month and afflicts me every two (or four) years. I kid, but a lot of us may be feeling this way right now as we sit and enjoy the Paris 2024 Olympics each day. But it isn’t as simple as that anymore, the Olympic sports have lept from our screens and grown larger, taking...
